10. Replacing electrical components
Always unplug the mains cable before performing maintenance work on the device.
Pressure regulator unit (electrical control panel)
1. Unplug the device's power cable.
2. Remove the six screws on the radiator housing.
3. Separate all the cables from the pressure regulator unit.
4. Re-assemble in reverse order.
INSTRUCTIONS:
The device cannot be operated if cables are missing or kinked. On re-assembly, make sure that all cables are connected
and that they are not kinked.
Sensor
1. Remove the four screws, the radiator and lower the pressure regulator unit.
2. Separate the sensor cable from the controller card.
3. Unscrew the sensor by holding it with a 19 mm (3/4 inch) spanner.
4. Re-assemble in reverse order.

The device cannot be operated if cables are missing or kinked. On re-assembly, make sure that all cables are connected
and that they are not kinked.
Potentiometer
1. Lower the pressure regulator unit as described above.
2. Separate the potentiometer cable from the pressure regulator unit.
3. Release the adjusting screw in the potentiometer head using 1.6 mm (1/16 hexagon socket wrench) and remove the
head and the spacer.
4. Using a 12.7 mm (1/2 inch) spanner or a socket wrench, remove the nut from the potentiometer shaft.
5. Pull the whole potentiometer assembly out of the connecting box.
6. Re-assemble in reverse order.

and that they are not kinked.
ON/OFF switch
1. Lower the pressure regulator unit as described above.
2. Separate the two cables on the ON/OFF switch.
3. Release the nut on the switching axis using a 9/16 inch spanner.
4. Re-assemble in reverse order.
