To enjoy boiled meat and vegetables safely, always boil these foods twice: The

Switching the appliance on and off
1. Fill in water (approx. 6 liters), set the Start/Stop knob to 100°C (212°F) and the
timer's knob to 30 min.
2. Press on the Start/Stop knob. The appliance will be heating up and the icon
will be displayed to indicate that the heater is switched on.
3. The heater will switch off once the set temperature has been reached.
4. You will see the set temperature in the upper left of the display, and the
current temperature is indicated below it.
5. The timer will automatically start counting down once the set temperature has
been reached. The

Important: The device has a temperature sensor in the bottom of the pot
that measures the current temperature. Do not damage the sensor, as precise
temperature measurement is important for the quality of the food to be boiled
down.
