Receiving a message
Your handset rings with a special ring tone depending on the urgency (priority)
of the message. As far as this is available, the display shows the telephone
number of the sender and the message, e.g. «5371 Meeting in room 109». As
long as the message is visible, you have the following options:
Switching off the ring tone
Press the
LEFT SOFTKEY
Switching off the ring tone, deleting the message from the display
Press the
LEFT SOFTKEY
time after the ring tone has fallen silent). The marking [Clear] disappears.
The message goes to the handset list of incoming messages and to the sys-
tem message list of the Mobility Server Integral 55, in case this list has been
enabled. The idle display reads «mail».
Manual acknowledgement
If an important message comprises a demand for a manual acknowledgement
from the recipient, the display of the receiving handset shows the message
text (e. g. «Meeting in room 109») and the flashing prompt «confirm». You
must acknowledge this message manually now. There are two options:
Positive manual acknowledgement
Press the
LEFT SOFTKEY
when the positive acknowledgement was successfully transmitted.
[Clear] once only. The ring tone falls silent.
[Clear] twice (that is pressing the left softkey another
[Positive]. For a short time the display reads «+++OK»
