6. Start the engine
Before starting the engine, cut off the load from the alternating current socket on
the engine.
Totally turn the valve to the "OPEN" position clockwise.

Note: when transporting the engine, you should turn the ventilating pole of the
gasoline-burning lid to the "CLOSE" position.
Note : in case of first use or in cold environment fasten the fuel-filling lid till the
ventilating pole indicates to OFF
Pull the piston rod to the end/top and then push it down 3-4 cycles/times. (This
will add pressure to the fuel system so the fuel can reach the carburetor quickly
to accelerate the starting of the generator)
Turn the switch of the engine to the "OPEN" position
