. Connecting the sensor or sensors to the measuring instru-
ment and starting up
Using a connection cable, the individual sensor or sensor bus system
should be connected to one of the CAN ports on the Parker Service Mas-
ter Plus measuring instrument.
After the measuring instrument is turned on, the sensor is automatical-
ly detected and initialized. The start screen appears on the display after
this process has ended. The LED signals on the CAN sensors are used
for identification and status display.

After the boot-up process, you can make further setting changes on the
Parker Service Master Plus measuring instrument or you can begin mea-
suring.
