A. FUSE - Protects the amplifier from electrical faults.
Replace fuse only with same type and rating as listed
on the fuse holder. If the amplifier repeatedly blows
fuses, take the amplifier to an authorized Fender
Service Center.
B. POWER RATING - Connect the power line cord to a
grounded AC receptacle in accordance with the voltage
and frequency ratings shown on the Rear Panel of your
amplifier.
C. POWER - Push UP to switch ON the amplifier. Push
DOWN to switch OFF the amplifier.
D. STANDBY - Push DOWN to put the amplifier into
STANDBY mode.

supplied to the tube filaments only.

should provide years of service before needing attention. If the sound quality of the amp has
degraded noticeably, the tubes, may be worn and some, usually the output tubes, may need
replacement. If you are unsure about the condition of your tubes, take your amplifier to an
authorized Fender Service Center. Replace tubes with Fender

E. INTERNAL SPEAKER JACK - Plug-in connection for
the 8Ω internal speaker. A speaker must always be
connected at this jack when the amplifier is ON. A
speaker impedance load of 8Ω should be used to avoid
distortion or damage to the amplifier.
F. EXTERNAL SPEAKER JACK - Plug-in connection for
an external speaker. This jack is wired in parallel with
the INTERNAL SPEAKER JACK {E} and affects the
speaker impedance load.
G. FOOTSWITCH JACK - Plug-in connection for the
FOOTSWITCH which enables ON/OFF switching of the
VIBRATO and REVERB effects. The VIBRATO effect
will not function without the FOOTSWITCH plugged in.
