Setting the Impact Speed (fig. 3)
The machine is equipped with a stepless
impact speed regulator (4), which allows
working in a manner appropriate to the
material.
With the speed regulator you can set
impact frequencies between 900 and
1800 impacts per minute. Set the impact
frequency according to the material you
are working on.
9 – Maintenance and envi
ronmental protection
Cleaning
Before undertaking any work on the
machine, pull the power plug.
Keep the ventilation slots clean and free
from foreign objects at all times.
Before every use, inspect the power
cord for damage and have it replaced
by a professional if it is damaged.
Clean the unit with a moist cloth or
absorbent tissue. Do not allow liquids of
any kind to enter the machine. Regularly
clean dust, debris and old grease off the
tool chuck.
After longer periods of non-use or when
starting the machine up in sub-freezing
temperatures, allow the machine to run
without load for a few minutes to distrib-
ute the lubricant within the machine.
At regular intervals the grease filling of
the transmission should be inspected.
Use the face spanner (10) to remove the
transmission cover (1) and add grease
if necessary. Do not pack full of grease!
