MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Before any maintenance, always make
sure that the air supply of the wheel gun
is depressurized (no air pressure), and
only after unplugging the wheel gun and
performing maintenance.
L Use only recommended lubricants.
L At regular intervals supply the wheel gun
with the addition of lubricant (special oil
for Paoli air impact wrench motors or very
fluid oil for air tools), in order to keep
the appliance efficient and to extend its
service life. Place a few drops of oil in
the air inlet of the wheel gun
Fig.2-A).
L Every week it is recommended to
lubricate (with special oil for Paoli air
impact wrench motors or very fluid oil for
air tools) the oil felt, by loosening (use a
1/4" Allen key) the oil plug in the bottom
side of the wheel gun; then tighten again
this oil plug
(view figure
L Ship the wheel gun back to the PAOLI
facilities at least once per year for the
complete overhauling.
