Before the first use of the Seat Cushion with the Petromax Cool Box

Just a few tricks are needed before the first use of the Seat Cushion. Observe the following steps to

attach the Seat Cushion safely and firmly to the lid of the Petromax Cool Box:

1. Clean the four depressions that have been factory embedded into the lid of the Cool Box (above

the carry handles, always two per side).

2. Screw on the included counter pieces of the press studs to the depressions in the lid, any pre-drilling

or puncturing is not necessary. Make sure that you choose the position marked with a dot within

the depressions.

3. Fasten the counter pieces by hand for not to crush or otherwise damage the rubber seals.

4. Place the Seat Cushion (mesh fabric facing downwards) on the Cool Box, position flush and press

lightly one-by-one each of the four loops with press stud on the screwed-on counter pieces.

The press stud system is now installed and your Seat Cushion ready for use. For removal of your Seat

Cushion from the lid of your Petromax Cool Box the four cushion loops with press studs should be

pulled off sideways one-by-one and away from the lid. In case you do not want to use your Seat Cushion

occasionally the counter pieces remain on the lid.
