Warning
• This Comelit product was designed for use in the creation of audio and video communication systems in residential, commercial

Art. 1468 is a network interface which allows the
installation of ViP devices in various LANs. An art. 1468
must be installed in each VLAN to route ViP system
communications over other VLANs. The IP addresses
of the other art. 1468 installed in the VLANs must be
programmed in every art. 1468 for the information to
be routed properly. A third-party VPN connection is
required for installation in remote networks. Art. 1468 is
configured with a static IP address.

The ViP Manager software is available to download free
of charge from the website pro.comelitgroup.com
RESTORE PREDETERMINED NETWORK SETTINGS
This procedure is used to restart the product with
the default network parameters (192.168.1.100) while
keeping the remaining settings unaltered.
√ DIP in default position (OFF)
1. Cut off the device power supply
2. Set DIP1 to ON
3. Restore the device power supply
4. Wait for approximately 20-40 sec., until the
LEDs flash slowly and alternately (1 sec.
red / 1 sec. green)
5. Reset all the DIP-switches to OFF
» The green LED will flash for 5 seconds
» The device will start up with the default
network settings applied
6. The next time the device is restarted, the saved
parameters will be restored

RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS

This procedure is used to restore the factory settings
for all parameters.
√ DIP in default position (OFF)
1. Cut off the device power supply
2. Set all the DIP-switches to ON
3. Restore the device power supply
4. Wait for approximately 20-40 sec., until the
LEDs flash rapidly and alternately (0.1 sec.
red / 0.1 sec. green)
5. Reset all the DIP-switches to OFF
» The red LED will flash for 5 seconds
» The device will restore all parameters
to the factory settings and restart in the
normal way
