8 Troubleshooting

8.1 Important notes

CAUTION
Crush hazard when jaws close.
f Do not insert ingers between top and bottom jaws and
do not keep your inger on the trigger.
f Always keep the power pack CPK switched OFF when
clearing a blockage.

8.2 Display messages

POSSIBLE CAUSE
There are residues of cable ties
trapped behind the front cap.
The front sensor is busy.
The gate is open.
AT2000 CPK is not in the start
position.

CAUTION
Crush hazard due to moving/rotating parts when
service covers are open.
f Do not insert ingers underneath the drum and do not
keep your inger on the trigger.
f Always keep the power pack CPK switched OFF when
clearing a blockage.
SOLUTION
f Clear the front sensor
f If applicable, carefully remove the cable-tie residues.
f Close the gate.
f Push the trigger for the bandoleer cutter to the left.
f Open the gate.
Error, start position appears as the next message
on the display.
f If applicable, carefully remove the cable-tie residues.
f Press the Reset button.
Error, start position appears as the next message
on the display.
f Close the gate.
