Presetting the Private
Equalization/(Surround) for
Each Disc (CD)
Adjust the equalization/surround to your
desired sound by following Steps 1 through 4
of Presetting the Private Equalization section.
Press the A. PROC button on the Head unit
or Remote Controller repeatedly until the
display shows "A. SOURCE."
Press and hold down the Preset location
button (on the Head unit) corresponding to
the current disc being selected for at least 2
seconds to activate the memory mode.
The triangle on the display will blink for 5
seconds.
Press the same Preset location button again
while the triangle is blinking to memorize the
equalization/surround for the disc being
selected.
The triangle changes from blinking to steady
illumination indicating the equalization/
surround have been stored in memory.
Note: You can preset the private equaliza-
tion/(surround) for up to 18 discs. If
you attempt to preset for 19th disc, the
display blinks "full DATA." If you
proceed to memorize for 19th disc
after this indication, the unit erases the
preset equalization/(surround) of the
first preset disc and memorizes for
19th disc.
