11. Customer Services

If you are unable to rectify a problem with the charging system, look
in the section dealing with "fault codes" (see chapter 10). If the
problem still cannot be solved, please consult our Customer
Services team (see annex).
If you wish to report a fault to us, please have ready the following
basic information which is to be found on the type plate of the
charger:
• Type designation
• Serial no.
Also, before contacting us, make a note of the following points:
• Which colour is shown on the state-of-charge display?
Or:
• What is shown on the display? (see also the section on "fault
codes")
• When did you first notice the fault indication?
• When was the charger brought into operation?
• Where is the charger situated?
• Who is the contact person in your company?

12.2 Mechanical Data

Installation: We recommend fixing to a solid wall (brick, stone, etc.)
with the wall-mounting option, for better protection against dust and
damage through overheating. An optional external dust filter may be
retrofitted. Never place items on the charger.
The cooling vents must never be covered.
