Operation with recirculated air

An active charcoal filter is needed for this and can be obtained from your usual retailer. The
filter removes the grease and smells from the extracted air before sending it back into the room.
A filter will last for about six months. It cannot be cleaned or reconditioned: it must be
replaced.
Air is filtered through a carbon filter and then
pumped back into the room.
This model is used when the room has no
external discharge pipe and it is not possible
to install one. In order to use it in this version,
proceed as follows:
— Ask our Technical Assistance Service for
the active carbon filter, specifying the
model of the unit.
— Open the grid (A - Diagram 5).
— Insert the filter in the place provided and
use the two hooks D to fasten it
(Diagram 4).
The filtered air is discharged by means
of a Ø120 mm pipe which goes through
the cupboard and whose outlet is above
the cupboard.
— The baffle E which can be fastened to
outlet hole using the screw provided
(diagram. 2).
— Refit the grid.
