Step 2: Handlebar post assembly and connecting the tension and computer cables

Bring the handlebar post (72) in a vertical position. Place the front plastic cover (71) at the lower part
over the handlebar post (72). Keep the upper computer cable (82) out of the handlebar post (72) until
the cable is connected.
Turn the tension control (75) to the highest resistance level (level 8). Connect the lower tension cable
(70) with the upper tension cable (89). Connect the sensor cable (42) with the computer cable (82).
Place the handlebar post (72) into the main frame (46) and fix the handlebar post (72) with the six
Allen bolts M8*20 (6), six spring washers φ8 (9) and six curved washers φ8 (5). Do not tighten the
bolts fully.
Step 3: Swing bars, swing handle bars and footplate support bars assembly
Slide the swing bars (13 L+R) into the rotation rod (76) and fix with two coated Allen bolts M8*20
(10), two spring washers φ8 (9), two washers 8.5*36*3t (8) and two washers Ф19*38*0.5t (77). Do
not tighten the bolts fully.
