Foodstuffs may be kept in the cold cabinet when the proper cooling power has been
achieved.
•
The temperature inside the unit is displayed on the temperature display at the front of
the unit.
•
Place foodstuffs in the appropriate GN containers, on the lower or middle shelf.

This button allows you to cycle through the menu, adjusts a given setting
upwards and activates manual defrost
This button allows you to cycle through the menu and adjust a given setting
downwards

Quickly press the
setting press
The current setting will appear on the display.
To change the selected setting, within 15 seconds press
