Installation instructions:

Remove the rear end beam and the rear wheels from the vehicle.
1.)
At positions "a" und "b" on the left and right longitudinal beams, drill a ø13 mm hole from the wheel housing and
2.)
remove burrs. Use the enclosed template for this purpose. (
3.) From the rear, push shackles 8 and 9 into the longitudinal beams; at "a" and "b" respectively, screw on plates 6 and
7 using the M10x25 screws and 10.5x30x3 washers and tighten to a torque of 10 Nm.
4.) Place cross brace 1 on the removed end beam (
Screw brackets 2 and 3 onto the vehicle at positions "c" and "d" respectively, using the M10x25 screws and
10.5x30x3 washers and a tightening torque of 10 Nm.
5.) Screw supports 4 and 5 onto plates 6 and 7 at positions "e" and "f" respectively, using the M10x25 screws and
10.5x30x3 washers and a tightening torque of 10 Nm.
Now screw supports 4 and 5 onto cross brace 1 with brackets 2 and 3, using the M12x40 screws and 12.5x30x3
washers and a tightening torque of 65 Nm.
Next tighten the M10x35 screws at „a", „b" „c", „d", „e" and „f" with a torque of 40 Nm.
6.) Screw-mount socket holder 10 to cross brace 1.
Install the wheels on the vehicle.
Οδηγίες συναρμολόγησης:
Αποσυναρμολογήστε την πίσω τελική δοκίδα και τους πίσω τροχούς από το όχημα.
Ανοίξτε τρύπες ø13 mm στις διαμήκεις δοκίδες αριστερά και δεξιά στα σημεία "a" και "b" μέσα από το θόλο τροχών και
αφαιρέστε τα γρέζια. Για το σκοπό αυτό χρησιμοποιήστε τις παρεχόμενες στάμπες. (
Σπρώξτε τα στηρίγματα 8 και 9 από πίσω στις διαμήκεις δοκίδες και βιδώστε τα πλακίδια 6 και 7 στα σημεία "a" και "b" με
τις βίδες M10x25 και τις ροδέλες 10,5x30x3 με ροπή σύσφιξης 10 Nm.
Τοποθετήστε την εγκάρσια δοκίδα 1 στην αποσυναρμολογημένη τελική δοκίδα (
όχημα στα σημεία "X".
Στη συνέχεια βιδώστε τις γωνίες 2 και 3 στο όχημα στα σημεία "c" και "d" με τις βίδες M10x25 και τις ροδέλες 10,5x30x3
και σφίξτε με ροπή 10 Nm.
Βιδώστε τα υποστηρίγματα 4 και 5 στα σημεία "e" και "f" στα πλακίδια 6 και 7 με τις βίδες M10x25 και τις ροδέλες
10,5x30x3 και σφίξτε με ροπή 10 Nm.
Στη συνέχεια βιδώστε τα υποστηρίγματα 4 και 5 μαζί με τις γωνίες 2 και 3 στα σημεία "g" και "h" στην εγκάρσια δοκίδα 1
με τις βίδες M12x40 και τις ροδέλες 12,5x30x3 και σφίξτε με ροπή 65 Nm.
Στη συνέχεια σφίξτε τις βίδες M10x35 στα σημεία "a", "b", "c", "d", "e" και "f" με ροπή 40 Nm.
Βιδώστε το στήριγμα πρίζας 10 στην εγκάρσια δοκίδα 1.
Συναρμολογήστε τους τροχούς στο όχημα.
