Checking the tension of the toothed belt
▶
The tension of the toothed belt should be checked every
six months.
Retighten the toothed belt if required (see Figure 1.11).

For this purpose, remove the screw and the inlet plate
(see Figure 5).
During the start-up and slow-down phase, the belt may briefly
hang out of the boom profile. This effect is not detrimental to
the technology. It also does not negatively affect the function
and service life of the operator.

Operator light messages
If you connect the mains plug without pressing the T button,
the operator light flashes 2 × , 3 × or 4 ×.
The operator has not been taught
in (delivery condition).

The door data has been deleted.

The next run is a reference run. Door travel

Malfunctions and troubleshooting
11.1
Display of error and warning messages
The red LED in the operator cover helps to easily identify
causes when operation does not go according to plan. This
LED is continuously illuminated in normal operation.
NOTE:
If normal operation of the garage door operator with the radio
receiver or the T button is otherwise possible, the following
can be recognised through the behaviour described here:
A short circuit in the external button
A short circuit in the connection cable of the external
button

Cause
The connected photocell has been
interrupted or actuated. Possibly, a safety
reversal has taken place.
Remedy
