Cause
The water does not reach the
required temperature in the
specified time
The water does not fill the
chamber within the specified time.
Faulty sensor.
Water cannot drain
from the unit.
Cycle length is more than
2hr 30 min.
Overflow switch did not turn off
after 30 sec of running the drain
pump.
Solution
Call for service.
Check that the water hoses
are not kinked. Open the
water shut-off valves.
Call for service.
Check that the drain hose is
not kinked. Check that the
filters in the bottom of the
chamber are not obstructed.
Call for service.
Check if drain is blocked.
Call for service.
