Top heat
The dish is heated by the top heating element.
This function is used to brown the tops of dishes.
• Place the baking tray or oven rack on the second shelf level.
• Temperature settings: 50 - 250 °C*
Grill
The dish is heated by the inner grill element.
This setting can be used for welsh rarebit, for toasting bread and
frying sausages.
• For grilling, place the oven rack on the fourth shelf level and the
baking tray on the second shelf level.
• Temperature setting: 50 - 250 °C
• Check the cooking process regularly. At high temperatures, meat
can burn quickly.
• Preheating is recommended.
