Solution
Use dry wood (moisture content ≤20%)
Only use recommended fuels

▪ Close the chimney's cleaning hatches
Clean the flue

Check if extractor fans are operating in

the same room

The odour and smoke will dissapear after a
while
Open the door for 2-3 min when lighting the
fire. Do not leave the fire unattended!
