    Le valvole in commercio presentano svariate tarature, La NORDICA consiglia l’utilizzo del modello 55°C con connessioni idrauliche da 1”. Una volta raggiunta la temperatura di taratura della valvola, viene aperta la tratta 2 e l’acqua della caldaia va all’impianto attraverso la mandata (M).

    ITALY TERMO - BUILT IN - DSA 7.1. COMIGNOLO Il tiraggio della canna fumaria dipende anche dall’idoneità del comignolo. È pertanto indispensabile che, se costruito artigianalmente, la sezione di uscita sia più di due volte la sezione interna della canna fumaria (Figura 3 a pagina 81).

Si devono utilizzare esclusivamente ceppi di legna secca (contenuto d’acqua max. 20%). Si dovrebbero caricare al massimo 2 o 3 ceppi di legna. I pezzi di legna dovrebbero avere una lunghezza di ca. 20-30 cm ed una circonferenza di massimo 30-35 cm.

    Valves on the market have different calibrations. La NORDICA advises use of model 55°c with 1” hydraulic connections. Once the valve calibration temperature is reached, route 2 opens and the boiler water goes to the system via the flow (M).

    Die Öfen des Modells DSA können sowohl in einer Anlage mit OFFENEM AUSDEHNUNGSGEFÄSS (siehe Kapitel 3.1) als auch in solchen mit einem GESCHLOSSENEN AUSDEHNUNGSGEFÄSS (siehe Kapitel 3.2) installiert werden. La NORDICA S.p.A. haftet nicht für Produkte, die ohne Genehmigung geändert wurden, und ebenso wenig, wenn keine Originalersatzteile verwendet wurden.

    Lebensdauer des Kessels. Die handelsüblichen Ventile sind unterschiedlich tariert. Die Firma La NORDICA empfiehlt die Verwendung des Modells 55°C mit Hydraulikanschlüssen von 1”. Es handelt sich um eine Zeitbrandfeuerstätte. Als Brennstoff wird Stückholz verwendet. Die Thermoküche besteht aus verzinkten Stahl-, emaillierten Gusseisen. Der Feuerraum befindet sich im Heizkessel, der aus 4 mm dickem Stahl gefertigt und mit Schweißnägeln verstärkt ist.

Die Sekundärluft erwärmt sich beim Durchgang durch das doppelte Glas der Feuerraumtür und zündet die Doppelverbrennung, wodurch auch das Glas sauber gehalten wird (Regler offen).

    ITALY TERMO - BUILT IN - DSA 7.1. SCHORNSTEINPOSITION Der Zug des Rauchabzugs hängt auch von der Eignung des Schornsteins ab. Es ist unerlässlich, dass der Ausgangsquerschnitt eines handwerklich gebauten Schornsteins mehr als das Zweifache des Innenquerschnitts (Abbildung 3 auf Seite 81).

    ITALY TERMO - BUILT IN - DSA demselben oder in einem angrenzenden Raum installierte Abzugshaube verursacht einen Unterdruck im Raum. Dieser führt zum Austritt von Verbrennungsgasen (dichter Rauch, Geruch), daher muss eine größere Frischluftzufuhr gesichert werden. Der Unterdruck einer Abzugshaube kann im schlimmsten Fall den Rauchabzug des Heizungsherds in einen Außenlufteintritt verwandeln und die Rauchgase in den Raum saugen, was schwerste Folgen für die Personen haben kann.

    ITALY TERMO - BUILT IN - DSA Daher ist es sehr wichtig, dass Sie folgende Hinweise beim Anzünden befolgen: 1. Sorgen Sie für verstärkte Frischluftzufuhr zu dem Aufstellraum des Ofens. 2. Bei den ersten Anzündvorgängen nicht zuviel Brennstoff –etwa die Hälfte der in der Anleitung angegebenen Menge- in die Brennkammer einfüllen und die Verbrennungsluftschieber kleiner als in der Bedienungsanleitung angegeben einstellen.

    ITALY TERMO - BUILT IN - DSA Sollte die Wassertemperatur die Sicherheits-Grenztemperatur überschreiten, sofort kein Holz mehr zugeben, den Temperaturabfall des Wassers und der Flamme kontrollieren um den Grund für die Überhitzung zu eliminieren (eventuell die Luftzufuhr schließen). Sollte der Gerät, mit dem Warmwasseranschluss verbunden sein, de Wasserhahn öffnen, um die Abkühlung des Gerätes zu beschleunigen.

    WICHTIG : Die WARTUNG UND PFLEGE muss ausschließlich bei kalter Ausrüstung ausgeführt werden. Es dürfen ausschließlich Ersatzteile benutzt werden, die ausdrücklich von der La NORDICA genehmigt wurden. Falls nötig, wenden Sie sich an einen unserer spezialisierten Händler.     ITALY TERMO - BUILT IN - DSA 13.7. EMAILLIERTE PRODUKTE Zur Reinigung der lackierten Teile Seifenwasser oder andernfalls nicht abreibende oder chemisch aggressive Reinigungsmittel verwenden. Seifenwasser und Reinigungsmittel nach der Säuberung NICHT trocknen lassen, sondern sofort wegräumen. Verwenden Sie keine Metallwolle oder Schleifpapiere. 13.8.

    Sie beschränkt sich außerdem auf das Land, indem der Verbraucher wohnhaft bzw. ansässig ist, unter der Bedingung, dass es sich um das gleiche Land handelt, in dem der Verkäufer des Produkts der Firma La Nordica S.p.A. seinen Rechts- bzw. Geschäftssitz hat.

Les vannes en commerce proposent différents tarages, La Société La NORDICA conseille d’utiliser le modèle 55°C avec des raccordements électriques de 1”. Lorsque la température de tarage de la vanne est atteinte, la liaison 2 s’ouvre et l’eau de la chaudière se dirige vers l’installation par le refoulement (M).

SEGURIDAD ANTIINCENDIO Durante la instalación del producto se deben cumplir las siguientes medidas de seguridad: a) para asegurar un aislamiento térmico adecuado, debe respetarse la distancia mínima de seguridad desde la parte trasera y desde ambos lados de construcciones y objetos inflamables y sensibles al calor (muebles, revestimientos de madera, telas, etc.) (véase Figura 5 a pagina 83 - A). Todas las distancias mínimas de seguridad se muestran en la placa técnica del producto y NO deben ser empleadas medidas inferiores a estas. b) Delante de la puerta del fogón, en el área de radiación de la misma no debe haber ningún objeto o material de construcción inflamable y sensible al calor a menos de 100 cm de distancia. Dicha distancia puede reducirse a 40 cm si se instala una protección, ventilada en el respaldo y resistente al calor, que cubra por completo el objeto entero que se ha de proteger.
