INSERTI IN GHISA 60 - 70 - 70H49 Il prodotto deve funzionare esclusivamente con il cassetto cenere inserito. I residui solidi della combustione (ceneri) devono essere raccolti in un contenitore ermetico e resistente al fuoco. L’apparecchio non deve mai essere acceso in presenza di emissioni gassose o vapori (per esempio colla per linoleum, benzina ecc.). Non depositate materiali infiammabili nelle vicinanze dell’apparecchio. -

ACCENSIONE Alla prima accensione è inevitabile che venga prodotto un odore sgradevole (dovuto dall’essiccamento dei collanti presenti nella cordicella di guarnizione o dalle vernici protettive), il quale sparisce dopo un breve utilizzo del prodotto. Si deve comunque assicurare una buona ventilazione dell’ambiente. -

FUNZIONAMENTO NORMALE Dopo aver posizionato i registri correttamente, inserire la carica di legna oraria indicata evitare sovraccarichi che provocano sollecitazioni anomale e deformazioni. Bisogna sempre usare il prodotto con la porta chiusa per evitare danneggiamenti dovuti all’eccessivo surriscaldamento (effetto forgia) in caso contrario, decade la garanzia. -

Page 16: First-Aid Measures
INSERTI IN GHISA 60 - 70 - 70H49 The ash drawer must always be inserted when the appliance is in operation. The solid combustion residues (ashes) must be collected in a metal container that is hermetically sealed and fire resistant. The appliance must never be lit in the presence of gaseous emissions or vapours (for example: glue for linoleum, petrol, etc,). -

INSERTI IN GHISA 60 - 70 - 70H49 Through the lever located on the bottom left, it is possible to position the smoke valve correctly (all to the left = all open). Should the door open independently from its position, the smoke valve opens automatically. -

INSERTI IN GHISA 60 - 70 - 70H49 7. CONNECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF VENTILATION Our products are equipped with tangential fans suitable to improve the distribution of heat through the ventilation exclusively of the installation room (see SERIES VENTILATION chapter TECHNICAL DATA SHEET). -

INSERTI IN GHISA 60 - 70 - 70H49 9. LIGHTING After the first ignition you can smell bad odours (owing to the drying of the glue used in the garnitures or of the paint) which disappear after a brief using of the appliance. A good ventilation of the room should always be guaranteed. -

NORMAL OPERATION After having positioned the registers correctly, insert the indicated hourly wood load avoiding overloads that cause anomalous stresses and deformations. You should always use the product with the door closed in order to avoid damages due to overheating (forge effect). -

INSERTI IN GHISA 60 - 70 - 70H49 werden, bei Vorhandensein von Gas- oder Dampfemissionen (zum Beispiel Linoleumkleber, Benzin, usw. ) Keine brennbaren Materialien in die Nähe des Gerätes stellen. Während der Verbrennung wird thermische Energie freigesetzt, die eine deutliche Erwärmung der Oberflächen, der Türe, des Glases des Feuerraums, der Griffe der Türen oder der Steuerungen, des Rauchabzugrohrs und eventueller Vorderteile des Produkts, zu Folge hat. -

INSERTI IN GHISA 60 - 70 - 70H49 beeinflussen, indem sie den Tiefendruck am Schornstein ändern. Demzufolge sind alle Einsätze mit einem einstellbaren Abgasventil mit automatischer Öffnung versehen, das es gestattet, den Zug optimal einzustellen. Durch den oben links aufgestellten Hebel ist es möglich, das Abgasventil richtig zu positionieren (vollkommen nach links = vollkommen offen). -

INSERTI IN GHISA 60 - 70 - 70H49 Wenn der Unterdruck 17 Pa (=1.7 mm Wassersäule) überschreitet, ist es notwendig, ihn durch die Installation eines zusätzlichen Zugreglers zu verringern (Drosselklappe). WICHTIG: Bei Anwendung von Metallrohre ist es zwangsmäßig, dass die Rohre mit zweckmäßigen Materialen isoliert sind (Verkleidungen aus isolierender Faser bis 600°... -

LÜFTUNGSVERBINDUNG Unsere Produkts sind mit tangentialen Lüftern versehen, welche dafür geeignet sind, die Wärmeverteilung durch die Lüftung des einzelnen Aufstellungsraumes (siehe LÜFTUNG – SCHON DABEI KAP. TECHNISCHE PROTOKOLLE). Die Anfeuerung und die Einstellung werden durch eine standardgelieferte zweckmäßige Steuereinheit ausgeführt, die weit von direkten Wärmequellen aufzustellen ist. -

ANFEUERUNG Es ist unvermeidlich, dass beim ersten Anfeuern (wegen der Nachtrockung des Klebstoffs in der Dichtschnur oder den Schutzlacken) ein unangenehmer Geruch entsteht, der nach kurzer Betriebsdauer verschwindet. Es muss in jedem Fall eine gute Belüftung des Raums gesichert sein. -

WICHTIG : Die WARTUNG UND PFLEGE muss ausschließlich bei kalter Ausrüstung ausgeführt werden. INSERTI IN GHISA 60 - 70 - 70H49 3 - Registre soupape fumées Pas toujours la combustion est régulière, en effet peuvent influer soit les conditions atmosphériques que la température externe, modifiant ainsi la dépression à la cheminée. Pour cela tous les Inserts sont munis d’une soupape fumées réglable et avec ouverture automatique qui permet de régler le tirage d’une façon optimale. -

ALLUMAGE Il est inévitable qu’au premier allumage, se produise une odeur désagréable (due au séchage des collants d’étanchéité ou des vernis de protection), qui disparaît après une brève utilisation. Il faut cependant assurer une bonne ventilation du milieu ambiant. -
