Communication Protocol

The communication protocol is master-slave type, where:


To write data through the serial interface, the controller must be set to
NOTE
"REMOTE OFF" operation, otherwise only read data command will be available.
The exchanged frame format is composed of ASCII values. The frame

Controller = slave
Parameter
number
Slave Address: made of three characters containing the
controller address requested by the master. In RS-232 version the
address is "001";
Parameter Number: made of five characters, it points out to the
controller about which parameter the master wants to operate,
and about the kind of operation (read/write). It consists of:

300 to 699 = status
700 to 999 = parameter
