For distances up to 50m, the connection to the panel
displays can be made using a normal 8-wire flat
telephone cable with RJ-45 jacks. For longer distances,
the use of a standard direct electrical cable (EIA/TIA-
568A/B) is recommended; in locations where there are
electrical devices that create significant interference
(such as motors, air-conditioners, inverters, radio links,
etc.), Fig. 2 shows the recommended method for
connecting the individual wires of the electrical cable.
Avoid passing the cable through the same cable
conductor used for the power grid cables.

Stand-By
This button lets one suspend and reactivate the
functioning of the panel Console.
In Stand-by, the power supply is not disconnected from
the Console and panels.
In Stand-by energy is still being consumed, even if at a
reduced level. Therefore, if the external battery (art.828)
is being used, disconnect it when the Console is not used
for long periods of time.
Load time
With these buttons you can load the chronometer
with one of the 3 programmed times (TIME-1,
TIME-2, TIME-3). For clarity, the value in
seconds of the 3 times is always displayed on the
Console screen under the headings "T1", "T2"
and "T3".
The Console comes already programmed with
values useful to basketball (24s, 14s, 60s), which
can be easily modified.
Please note:
1. If the chronometer is in operation, the loaded
time will start to be counted once you release
the button.
2. If TIME-1 is loaded with the counter stopped,
once you release the button a series of dashes
"- -.-" will appear on the chronometer and the
panels will shut off; this is to ensure
compliance with FIBA (basketball) regulations
that require the deactivation of the 24-second
shot clocks.
If you use the additional console with switch levers
(Time-Console-03), by operating the lever "LOAD 24s"
you will load TIME-1 while by operating "LOAD 14s" you
will load TIME-2.
Start and stop the chronometer
Allows you to activate and deactivate the time
counter.
If you use the supplementary Console with lever switches
(Time-Console-03), its START-STOP lever allows the
same operations to be made more easily. Please note
that as long as the lever is in the "Start" position, the
button will be blocked.
When time expires, the panels will emit the end time
sound; if you load a new time while the end time sound is
