Connecting the Module and the Boiler
The supplied Clip-In CONTROLLING TWO ZONES
must be used when connecting the module to the
boiler.
The procedures to perform are as follows:
1.
shut off the boiler power supply;
2.
rotate the control panel after having removed
the front panel;
3.
remove the control panel cover to access the
rear part of the panel;
4.
position the Clip-In CONTROLLING TWO
ZONES in the relevant slot (fi g. 1);
5.
fi x the Clip-In CONTROLLING TWO ZONES in
place by pressing it gently (fi g. 2);
6.
connect the communication cable supplied
to the connection edge of the Clip-In
CONTROLLING TWO ZONES (fi g. 3);
7.
connect the communication cable to the
connection edge of the electronic P.C.B. in the
boiler (fi g. 4 - 5);
8.
remove the front panel of the module;
9.
remove the terminal board cover;
10. connect the circulation pump control to the
module terminal board using a pair of wires
with a minimum cross section of ø 1.5 mm
(see electrical diagram);
11. close the terminal board and replace the front
panel of the module;
12. connect the pair of wires for circulation
pump control to the terminals for the Clip-In
CONTROLLING TWO ZONES;
13. replace the cover of the boiler control panel;
14. restore the boiler power supply;
15. operate the boiler in accordance with the
instructions provided in the operating manual.
Important!
The maximum recommended distance for electrical
connection between the module and the boiler is
50 m.
