installation
Before installing the appliance
So as not to compromise the normal operation of
the module, the installation site must correspond
to the relevant operating temperature limits and be
protected from atmospheric agents. The module is
designed for wall installation or recessed installation;
it cannot therefore be installed on a fl oor-standing
base or on the fl oor. When creating a space for the
module, the minimum distances (which ensure that
various parts of the module may be accessed after it
has been installed) should be respected.
WARNING
When drilling holes in the wall for installation
purposes, take care not to damage any electrical
wiring or existing piping.
Wall installation
Position the module using a spirit level. Fix it to the
wall using four rawl plugs which are suited to the
type of wall and which can withstand the weight of
the module.
Recessed installation
To facilitate the installation process, the hydraulic part
and the electrical part of the module may be removed
from its location as a complete unit.

provided, remembering to open the four fl aps on
the rear part.
Hydraulic connection
The module must be connected to a suitably-sized
heating system in accordance with its performance
levels.
Before connecting the module, it is fi rst necessary
to perform the following operations:
- thoroughly wash the system tubes in order to
remove any screw thread or welding residues or
any dirt which might prevent the system from
operating correctly;
- make sure that the primary circuit pressure does
not exceed the value of 3 bar;
- make sure that the fl ow temperature is no higher
than 85°C;
- make sure that all the necessary safety and
operating devices designed to guarantee the
correct operation of the appliance have been
fi tted;
- make sure the capacity of the expansion vessel
is suited to the amount of water contained in the
system.
The module is equipped with a shut-off valve which
facilitates checking and makes it easier to perform
any necessary maintenance procedures.
