TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM
No Power.
Pad motor does not operate.
Drive motor does not operate or
operates incorrectly (Drive Model).
Short run time.
Nobles SpeedGleam/Plus (01- 05)
CAUSE
Faulty main power switch.
Faulty key switch, if equipped.
Faulty battery(s).
Loose battery cable.
Improper battery cable connection.
Tripped Main Power circuit breaker.
Charger is connected.
Emergency stop button activated,
if equipped.
Faulty trigger switch(es).
Tripped pad motor circuit breaker.
Blown fuse (2A).
Faulty contactor.
Faulty wiring.
Faulty pad drive motor.
Worn carbon brushes.
Machine is tilted back on rear wheels.
Faulty tilt shut-off switch near rear
wheels.
Faulty trigger switch(es).
Faulty speed control board
or connection.
Faulty solenoid.
Faulty drive motor.
Faulty wiring.
Worn carbon brushes.
Faulty potentiometer or speed control
board.
Loose wire connection.
Low battery charge.
Defective battery cell(s).
Batteries need maintenance.
Faulty battery charger.
OPERATION
SOLUTION
Contact Service Center.

Tighten loose cables.

Determine cause and reset breaker.
Disconnect Battery charger.
Turn button to reset.

Replace pad/adjust pressure and
reset breaker. Or replace 2A fuse.
Replace the 2A fuse.
