2.5. Sensor alarm/Actuator (Wi 11.0)
EN
With the unit enabled, all detections by a remote sensor or attempted tampering of the actuator will send the
unit into an alarm cycle.
By disabling the unit it is possible to read what caused the alarm.
If the alarm list and the tampering list are configured a voice and/or a text message will be sent to the pre-
selected numbers.

2.6. Radio interference alarm (anti-jamming)

The THS501 control unit is able to perform radio supervision and indicate if interference prevents the alarm
system from working correctly.
If the control is active and the system is enabled, a prolonged interference provokes the start of an alarm cycle.
NOTE: Interference is not always a sign of attempts to tamper with the system, it could well be caused by
unintentional overlapping of transmissions by powerful radio transmitting equipment working at the same
frequencies as the VESTHA system.
The unit tolerates temporary overlaps and repeats the attempts to connect in the case of interference. If
interference persists the unit signals the interference status.
To disable the radio supervision function it is recommended to refer to your installer or the MetaSystem
HomeAlarm support centre.

2.7. Anti-assault alarm (Panic Alarm)

The purpose of this function is to discourage the intrusion of someone with bad intentions when the user is
there or to catch the attention if there are problems or accidents; to enable this function keep push button
A on the remote control pressed for 8 seconds; this causes an acoustic alarm cycle lasting 15 seconds that
cannot be interrupted.
The alarm can also be by phone (only if already programmed) with alarm calls to the numbers stored on the
Alarm Calls list (see paragraph 4.10).
2.8. Signalling with system in SuperVeglia
If the system has been enabled in zone 4 (SUPERVEGLIA) and if the SUPERVEGLIA function is active the Z4
SUPERV.ARMED? is displayed.
In this status, if the unit receives an alarm signal from the sensors it generates BEEPs instead of an actual
alarm. The siren and auto dialler will not be activated.

2.9. Disabling the system

To disable the system key in the secret code and confirm by pressing OK or press push button A on the
remote control. The unit emits just one long BEEP and the ACTIVE green indicator light turns off.
If the ALARM red indicator light flashes it means there has been at least one alarm during the time you were
out. The devices that generated the alarm are shown on the display.
