Usage
∙ Use the appliance only if completely assembled!
∙ Place the 2 AA batteries into the device. Notice the polarity.
∙ Put the device in a vertical position on the surface, and fill the wood chips into the
smoking chamber.
∙ Place the end of the hose into a container or a plastic bag which contains the food
you want to add flavor to and close the container/bag.
∙ Turn on the device and ignite the wood chips with a lighter or a match, don't use a
kitchen torch. Do not let the device run longer than 30 seconds.
∙ 2 to 3 minutes under smoke is generally sufficient to add a smoky flavor to the
food. Therefore, a continuous production of smoke is not required!
∙ Pay attention that the device doesn't fall over, and the glowing wood chips inflame
anything else.
∙ Clean the device if it is cooled down. Pay attention that no glowing wood chips
reach into the dustbin.
