5. Cut off the plastic tie that holds the height adjustment

6. (Figure 4) Assemble the R.H. hitch tube to the sweeper
housing using two 5/16" x 1-1/2" carriage bolts (C), and
two 5/16" nylock nuts (J). Do not tighten yet. Repeat
for the L.H. hitch tube.
