5. Technical data
Working pressure in bar
Tank volume in l
Weight in kg
6. Quick-release coupling
Connect
Push the nipple on your compressed air hose into
the quick-release coupling, the sleeve will automati-
cally spring forwards.
Disconnect
Pull back the sleeve and remove the hose.
Important. As you release the hose coupling,
hold the hose coupling part in your hand to pre-
vent injuries caused by the hose being thrown
backwards.
The compressed air hose is also fitted with a quick-
lock coupling to which accessories can be connected
as described above.
7. Operation
Unscrew the tank cover, fill it with lacquer or paint
and reseal it. Connect the compressed air supply.
Set the air pressure on the compressor's pressure
reducer. A filter pressure reducer must be used for
coating lacquer so as to remove oil and water
residue from the compressed air.
Adjust the rotary nozzle (2) to suit the direction of
movement during coating. The required distribution
and application volume can be set using the point /
wide cone regulator (3) and the volume regulator (4).
The infinitely variable trigger lever (5) allows an exact
dosing of the spray material. The further you press
the trigger lever (5), the more material will be added
to the compressed air. The maximum volume of coat-
ing material can be limited using the volume regula-
tor (4).
Tip: Before starting work you should conduct a brief
test on newspaper to find the perfect settings. The
best results can be achieved if you apply the material
in several coatings, applying it using alternate hori-
zontal and vertical movements. Maintain a constant
distance from the workpiece to ensure uniform
