Install the handle adapter and screw.
Install the handle. Tighten the handle screw.
All other models
(1) Install the sleeve so that the indexing mark is at
the 12:00 position.
Install the escutcheon. Make sure that the notch is at

the bottom of the plate.

Lubricate the valve stem with a small amount of the
enclosed grease.

(2) Install the handle adapter and screw. Tighten the
screw using a 3 mm Allen wrench.
Lubricate the end of the adapter with a small amount
of white plumber's grease.
(3) Install the handle so that the safety stop override
button is at the 12:00 position. Tighten the handle
screw .
