Troubleshooting
Issue
Not working when pressing the
on-off switch.
Sanding sleeve is not turning with
the sanding drum.
The sanding belt changes height
during operation.

motor.
Possible causes
No electricity
On-off switch defective
Spindle nut is not tight enough.
Band strip is set up incorrectly
Dust extractor is blocked
Incorrect table insert in use
Motor is overheating
Motor defective
Recommended solution
Check the electricity supply
Have on-off switch replaced
by an approved after-sales
service team.
Gradually tighten spindle
nut until the sanding drum
and the sanding sleeve are
fastened.
