The vibration level given in this information sheet
has been measured in accordance with a standard-
ised test given in EN 60745 and may be used to
compare one tool with another. It may be used for
a preliminary assessment of exposure.
The declared vibration emission level represents
the main applications of the tool. However if the
tool is used for different applications, with different
accessories or insertion tools or is poorly main-
tained, the vibration emission may differ. This may
significantly increase the exposure level over the
total working period.
An estimation of the level of exposure to vibration
should also take into account the times when the
tool is switched off or when it is running but not ac-
tually doing the job. This may significantly reduce
the exposure level over the total working period.
Identify additional safety measures to protect the
operator from the effects of vibration such as:
maintain the tool and the accessories, keep the
hands warm, organisation of work patterns.
Declaration of Conformity
We declare under our sole responsibility that the
product described under "Technical Data" is in
conformity with all relevant provisions of the direc-
tives 2011/65/EU, 2014/30/EU, 2006/42/EC in-
cluding their amendments and complies with the

Inserting/Replacing Diamond Cup
Wheels (see figure A)
Approved Grinding Tools
All diamond cup wheels mentioned in these oper-
ating instructions can be used.
Observe the dimensions of the diamond cup
wheels. The mounting hole diameter must fit the
mounting flange without play. The mounting hole
of the diamond cup wheel may not be increased.
Do not use reducers or adapters.
The permissible speed [rpm] or the circumferential
speed [m/s] of the diamond cup wheels used must
at least match the values given in the table.
Therefore, observe the permissible rotational/cir-
cumferential speed on the label of the diamond
cup wheel.

Inserting Diamond Cup Wheels
Select a suitable diamond cup wheel for the mate-
rial to be worked. Please also observe the material
information on the packaging of the diamond cup
wheel.
Clean the grinder spindle 12 and all parts to be
mounted.
Place the mounting flange 13 on the grinder spin-
dle 12 so that the centring collar faces away from
the machine. The mounting flange must engage on
the flats of the grinder spindle (anti-twist protec-
tion).
A plastic part (O-ring) is fitted
around the centring collar of
mounting flange 13. If the O-ring
is missing or damaged, the
mounting flange 13 must be re-
placed before resuming opera-
tion.
Place the diamond cup wheel 14 on the mounting
flange 13. Pay attention that the direction-of-rota-
tion arrow on the diamond cup wheel agrees with
the direction-of-rotation arrow on the guard and ex-
traction hood 3.
