Connection
When the handset is fully charged it must be
registered to the main base unit.
1. Connect the mains adapter to the charger and an
electrical wall socket.
2. Carefully remove the battery cover from the back
of the handset by inserting a pointed object into
the small hole in the bottom of the handset, e.g.
an unfolded paperclip. Insert the batteries into
the handset and ensure correct battery polarity is
observed, replace the battery cover.
3. Place the handset in the charger with the keypad
buttons facing out, when the handset is correctly
positioned a beep will be heard. Charge the
handset batteries without interruption for 24 h.
When the handset is fully charged it must be
registered to the main base unit.
4. Press and hold the
BASE until the In-Use light starts fl ashing.
Registration mode will remain active for
approximately 90 seconds.
