Put the jug lid (6) onto the jug (7) and
lock it by turning it clockwise until it
audibly snaps in (detail D).
Insert the pusher (8) into the filling
shaft of the jug lid (6) (detail E)
NOTE
Make sure that the jug (7) and
the jug lid (6) are seated properly,
otherwise the appliance cannot be
operated (safety switch).
Make sure that the pusher (8) is
inserted into the jug lid (6) during
operation to prevent squirting out of
the appliance.
Insert the plug into the mains socket
and turn the rotary switch (5) to im-
pulse or continuous operation when
chopping ice cubes with the chopper
blade in ICE operation.
CAUTION
Observe the maximum operating
time of 2 minutes.
Allow the appliance to cool down for
1 minute.
Refilling:
Switch off the appliance.
Remove the jug lid (6) and fill the jug
(7).
Put the jug lid (6) back onto the jug (7)
and lock it by turning it clockwise until
it audibly snaps in.

NOTE
Pay attention to the maximum filling
quantity in the jug (7).
Before emptying the jug, remove the
the chopping blade (15).
Recipe suggestion
Green sauce
Use the following ingredients:
80 g mixed herbs (e.g. sorrel, chives,
flat parsley, rocket salad and cress)
300 g natural yoghurt (with 3.5% fat)
200 g sour cream
Pepper, salt, a little lemon juice
Put the mixed herbs into the bowl and
chop them. The chopper blade is ideal for
chopping herbs.
Then add the yoghurt and sour cream.
Tip: the finer the herbs are chopped, the
greener the finished sauce will be.
Finally season the sauce with salt, pepper
and little lemon juice to taste.
As a result you get a well-mixed green
sauce with a fine consistency – just deli-
cious!
The green sauce is tasty in the classi-
cal combination with salted potatoes and
hard-boiled eggs but also as dip for jacket
potatoes and grilled meat.
