Stirring attachment/whipping
cream and beating eggs
(see image A3)
To whip cream or beat eggs, proceed as
follows:
Put the spindle attachment (10) onto
the drive spindle of the motor unit (4)
(detail A).
Put the jug (7) onto the motor unit (4)
with the handle to the right and turn
the jug clockwise until it audibly snaps
in (detail B).
Insert the stirring attachment (20) or
the spindle attachment (10) (detail C).
Fill the bowl with the ingredients (7).
NOTE
►
Pay attention to the maximum filling
quantity (1200 ml) in the jug (7).
Put the jug lid (6) onto the jug (7) and
lock it by turning it clockwise until it
audibly snaps in (detail D).
Insert the pusher (8) into the filling
shaft of the jug lid (6) (detail E)
NOTE
►
Make sure that the jug (7) and
the jug lid (6) are seated properly,
otherwise the appliance cannot be
operated (safety switch).
Insert the plug into the mains socket
and turn the rotary switch (5) to im-
pulse or continuous operation.
NOTE
►
Before emptying the jug, remove the
stirring attachment (20).

Recipe tip
Beaten egg whites
Use the following ingredients:

4 eggs
■
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Pour the whites of the eggs into the bowl
and beat them briefly at low speed. Then
add the vanilla sugar and beat the egg
whites at medium speed until stiff.
Whipping cream
Use the following ingredients:
■
600 ml whipping cream (well cooled,
30% fat)
■
3 packet of vanilla sugar
■
3 packets of cream stiffener
Pour the whipping cream into the bowl
and start the motor at high speed. Add the
vanilla sugar and cream stiffener through
the small filler opening while the appliance
is running and beat the cream for roughly
2 1/2 minutes until stiff.
