1. INTRODUCTION

Dear Customer, first and foremost we would like to thank you for
having chosen our machine. It was designed in line with our extensive
range of experience and manufactured using quality materials and a
certified process, in order to guarantee you enjoy satisfactory and long
lasting utilisation.
Attention
Before starting the machine, we strongly urge you to
carefully read this manual, which forms an integral part
of the machine, and contains important information re-
garding its safe use and maintenance. Reading the man-
ual will help you avoid any danger to yourself or other
people, as well as any damage to the machine. In addi-
tion, you should keep this manual in a safe place and
hand it over with the machine to any subsequent users.

2. USE

High pressure cleaners in the MOBILE series are professional high
pressure cold water cleaning and washing machines. They are designed
exclusively for cleaning tools, machines, vehicles, buildings and other
surfaces which can be subjected to a high pressure water jet. Any other
use must be considered improper. The manufacturer is absolutely not
liable for any damage caused to people or things due to improper use
of the machine, or failure to respect the safety prescriptions and those
relative to maintenance.
By applying an appropriate accessory to the high pressure cleaner
the machine can carry out hydrosanding operations.

3. REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF PACKAGING

If the packaging displays any signs of damage or tampering, the
retailer should be immediately contacted.
The machine is enclosed within a nylon bag, inside the packaging.
To remove the packaging used during transport it is necessary to:
• remove the plastic strap fastening the item to the wooden base;
• remove the cardboard box, extracting it vertically;
• remove the standard accessories and the cardboard divider from
the upper part of the machine;
• extract the handle;
• remove the sheet metal straps which impede movement of the
machine's wheels;
• push the high pressure cleaner sideways, off its base.
Attention
Never try to manually lift the high pressure cleaner: its
excessive weight could cause serious physical injury.
Packaging elements must not be left within reach of
children and/or youngsters since they can pose a threat
to the safety of the same.
For packaging disposal, all relevant national environ-
mental regulations must be respected.

your retailer. Also check that the rating plate is present, which also indi-
cates the main technical data for the machine; if anything is missing,
immediately inform your retailer (see Fig. 2).
The manufacturer provides a machine which, for packaging com-
pactness and transport reasons, is partially disassembled within the
packaging, without the same compromising the safe use of the ma-
chine. It is the user's responsibility to place the machine in correct and
safe functional conditions, mounting the handle and the standard ac-
cessories in compliance with the assembly instructions set out in para-
graph "6".
The following can be supplied as accessories (see Fig. 3 for the
main items and refer to the catalogue for a complete list):
• manual hose reel kit;
5. SAFETY INDICATIONS AND GENERAL
WARNINGS
Before start-up, carefully read the instructions contained in the
present manual and follow them scrupulously.
We recommend:
• allowing only expert personnel to use the high pressure cleaner.
The equipment must not be used by children and youngsters;
• before carrying out any cleaning and/or maintenance operation,
stop the high pressure cleaner (cf. paragraph "STOP") and dis-
connect the machine from the water mains;
• do not pull the pipes to move the machine;
• do not use the high pressure cleaner when other people are in
the work area, if they do not have any protective clothing;
• do not lock the function lever on the spray gun during service;
• check that the flexible hose between the grip and the high pres-
sure cleaner is not twisted or damaged; if it is damaged immedi-
ately replace it, since the pipe, like the guns and connections, is
important for safety of the cleaner;
• hold the spray gun and semi-lance firmly since the water jet un-
der high pressure generates a considerable reaction force;
• do not use the machine where rain can fall on it or in very damp
environments;
• do not lean any object on the machine during operational activity;
• position the machine on a flat surface and prevent unwanted
handling using appropriate lock devices;
• continuously supply the machine with clean water; do not supply
the machine with salted water or potentially dangerous (explo-
sive, toxic or inflammable) liquids;
• avoid leaving the machine exposed to very low temperatures
where there is a risk of freezing;
• at the end of all operational activity, turn off the machine using
the switch;
• connect the high pressure cleaner to the water mains using rein-
forced rubber pipes with an adequate section and checking junc-
tion seals;
• wash tyres and their valves at a distance greater than 30 cm, to
prevent the high pressure jet from damaging them (the same is
indicated by the tyre changing colour);
• only use detergents declared to be appropriate for high pressure
cleaners;
• do not use the machine on non-flat surfaces.
