OPERATION
Caution: Use minimal amounts of spices and herbs to season your food. Certain
herbs or aromatic plants, such as rosemary or garlic give off a very intense taste
that is reinforced through the sous vide cooking method. Note: Certain types
of green vegetables can turn brown through sous vide cooking, this includes
broccoli and green asparagus.
If you want to put several vacuum bags in the pot at the same time, mark the
bags beforehand with a waterproof marker. Thus, you will always know which
foods are in which bags, and you can precisely comply with the cooking time
required for each food. The appliance can heat up to 20 liters of water.

Fill the pot with tap water. The water should be lukewarm
to achieve an ideal result. In this regard, pay attention to

be precisely between the two indicators. When placing the
food in the pot, the water level will increase, please keep
this in mind when filling the pot with water.

Open the fixing clamp by pressing it. Fasten the appliance on the pot; the
wall of the pot must be between the appliance and fixing clamp. This ensu-
res that the appliance is fastened and cannot tip over. If the pot height is
sufficient to fix the appliance in place with the clamp, you can simply place
the appliance in the pot. However, in so doing, always ensure that it cannot
fall over.

Plug the mains plug of the appliance into an electrical outlet (220–240 V
~ 50/60 Hz).

Press the ON/OFF switch on the operating display and keep it depressed for at
least five seconds. In the upper right the display shows the set temperature,
below it shows the actually measured temperature.
