Mixing of pre-mixed
dry mortar
WARNING:
To mix dry materials first fill the bucket with the
amount of water specified on the packaging.
Then switch on the mixer unit and gradually tip
the dry materials through the safety grating into
the bucket. The device mixes automatically.
WARNING:
During mixing scrape any powder material off
the upper edge of the bucket with a trowel so
that it is mixed with the rest of the material
and avoids lumps forming. To do this, switch
the mixer off and open the swivel arm.
WARNING:
Do not tip more than 50 l material into the
bucket for mixing as it can otherwise spill. En-
sure that the material is not too viscous. This
would put excessive strain on the motor and trip
motor safety switch.
WARNING:
Shut down machine before raising the swivel
arm.
WARNING:
Always use the front handle to raise and lower
the swivel arm. Never use the upper motor sup-
port as a handle!
After the machine has stopped fully, loosen the swivel arm
lock and raise the motor head. Rotate the motor head until
the motor support is resting on the ground. Then remove
the mixed materials as required (figure 13).
After mixing, thoroughly clean the mixer shaft with water.
Note: This machine has wheels and a built-in transport
handle for ease of transport (figure 14).
