Place the mixing bucket on the frame so that
one of the recessed grips is located above the
detent on the frame. This prevents the con-
tainer from turning during operation (figure 6).
Swivel arm - height adjustment
The swivel arm height is set at the factory; if it needs ad-
justment, simply loosen the lock nut on the bottom and ad-
just the bolt to achieve the desired height. Then retighten
the lock nut.
Commissioning
WARNING:
Always use the front handle to raise and lower
the swivel arm. Never use the motor support as
a handle as this will make the device instable.
NOTE: When lowering the swivel arm into the
bucket ensure that the mixing shaft is in the 9
and 3 o'clock position (figure 8).
Always fully lower the mixing shaft into the bucket and se-
cure the swivel arm arresting mechanism before switching
on. To start simply press the "ON" switch. To stop working,
press the "OFF" switch (see figure 9).
Safety switch
The motor is equipped with a safety switch. If at any time
during operation the swivel arm is raised, the motor will
automatically stop. The swivel arm must then be closed
again and the motor restarted (figure 10).
