Unpacking
The tool is supplied in a box.
•
Remove the tool and all loose parts from the box.
•
Place all parts on a firm and stable work surface and look the device over carefully.
NOTE: Before assembly check to ensure that no parts are missing. If any parts are missing, do not assemble the machine.
Check the packaging for missing parts. There is a full list of parts at the end of these instructions. Use the list to identify
the part number of the missing part.
WARNING:
If any parts are missing do not use the mixer until the parts have been replaced.

Installation instructions
1.
First fit the handle on the front side of the motor housing.
Then screw the motor support onto the top of the motor
head, facing upwards.

Then fit the swivel arm into the fork on the chassis, and
align the drill holes (figure 3).

Insert the L-shaped stub shaft and secure with the cotter
pin (figure 4). Attach the locking screw on the motor head
to the fork. Mount the safety switch on the chassis (figure
5) and secure in place with the four screws provided.
4.
Place the protective grid on the gearbox stub; align the
grub screws with the groove and tighten.
5.
Mixer shaft: First position the washer on the drive shaft
and then screw on the nut and finally the mixer shaft (final
tightening is done automatically during operation).
