4. Installation
Before starting:
Check the scope of delivery and confirm that the PTZ Dome is not damaged.
Never hold the PTZ Dome by its waterproof cable, as otherwise its water-retardant properties
could be compromised.
4.1 Flush mounting
1. Drill four holes in the wall to match the mount, and push the straddling dowels into the wall.
2. Attach the seal between the wall and mount using the straddling dowels to help you.
3. Install the mount using the washer and the nut.
The straddling dowels must be used for stone walls. Wood screws (self-tapping) can be used
for wooden walls.
Make sure that the wall is strong enough to bear more than 8 times the weight of the PTZ Dome
and its mount.
4. Attach the insulating tape to the thread of the adapter and then screw this into the mount.
5. Then fasten the adapter using the grub screw to help you.
