CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING.
Before proceeding with any
cleaning and maintenance
operation, make sure that the
power line of the unit is
disconnected and water
line is closed.
To keep the unit in proper hygienic conditons,
MONTHLY...
Wipe clean the ice storage bin liner, using a
mild detergent solution diluted in lukewarm
water.
Rinse it and than thoroughly
disinfect its surfaces wiping
them with a liquid algaecide.
For the cleaning of the unit
cabinet use a soft cloth with a
mild detergent solution specific
for Stainless Steel.

CLEANING OF WATER CIRCUIT
Special attention must be observed to the
importance of cleaning the water system.
To perform this cleaning, call the authorized
Service Agent at least twice per year.
It is recommended that a
propriety brand
MACHINE CLEANER
used to properly remove any
mineral sediment and scale
build-up.
DISPOSAL
To protect the environment observe all cur-
rent regulations, where possible re use pack-
ing material. When the machine has reached
its end of life the following procedure must be
followed.
1. All refrigerant and oils from the cooling cir-
cuit must be removed by an authorised refrig-
eration contractor.
2. Dismantle machine and dispose of individ-
ual components in appropriate recycling
banks.
All plastic components are marked with a
symbol to facilitate future recycling.
