MONTAGEANLEITUNG
Bei Nutzung von Tagfahrlicht und Standlicht darf das
Original-Standlicht nach §51 (1) StVZO mitbenutzt werden,
insofern die dort genannten Vorraussetzungen vorliegen !
4. Positionieren Sie den Kabelbaum. Die 2er-Stecker der LED-
Leuchten mit den Verlängerungskabenl verbinden und diese
zu den Lufteinässen führen.Die 3er-Stecker in dem Motorraum
mit dem Kabelbaum verbinden. Überprüfen Sie die
Übereinstimmung der Befestigungslöcher der Halterung (siehe
Bild 5 A,B,C). Wenn die Befestigungslöcher übereinstimmen,
ziehen Sie die Schrauben an der Halterung nach (siehe Bild 4).
5. Nehmen Sie nun den elektrischen Anschluss der beiden
LED-Tagfahrleuchten vor. Lösen Sie die Original-Schraube A
und schieben Sie die LED-Leuchten-Halterung zwischen
Kunststofflasche und Stoßfänger und ziehen Sie diese leicht
an. Befestigen Sie die Punkte B und C mit den mitgelieferten
Schrauben 5x20 Tx25 (siehe Bild 5).
Elektrischer Anschluss der LED-Leuchten:
6. Ziehen Sie den Stecker des linken Hauptscheinwerfers (in
Fahrtrichtung) ab. Das grau/schwarze Kabel Pos.5 (58) in
ausreichendem Abstand vom Stecker durchtrennen. Die
Kabelenden abisolieren, den Schrumpfschlauch darüber-
ziehen und das Ende des Originalkabels mit dem blauen(58)
Positionslicht, gekennzeichneten Kabel des Kabelbaums
zusammendrehen. Das freie Ende des Originalkabels und die
zusammengefügten Kabelenden in einen Kabelverbinder
stecken und diesen mit einer Elektrozange quetschen. Den
Schrumpfschlauch über die Verbindung schieben und mit
einem Heißluftföhn erwärmen (siehe Bild 6 a.- d.)
7. Am Kabel des Gebers des Rückwärtsganges (am Getriebe
unter dem Anlasser) schwarz/weißes Kabel (+15 Zündung)
schließen Sie nun das rote Kabel des LED-Kabelbaums an, in
der gleichen Weise wie in Bild 6 beschrieben. Die mitgelieferte
5A-Sicherung ist unbedingt an einer gut zugänglichen Stelle an
das mit C (rot/+15 Zündung) gekennzeichneten Kabel
einzubauen (siehe Bild 7).
8.Das Massekabel (schwarz/-31 Masse) des LED-
Kabelbaums gemäß Bild 8 anschliessen.
9. Die Batterie wieder anklemmen, die Funktion der LED-
Tagfahrleuchten/Positionsleuchten überprüfen und den
Kabelbaum mit den mitgelieferten Kabelbindern an geeigneter
Stelle befestigen.
10. Gemäß Bild 9 a./b. und Bild 10 a./b. die Abdeckrahmen
einbauen.

MONTÁŽNÍ NÁVOD
Spojovací materiál je souèástí balení.
3. Øídící jednotky jsou z výroby zapojené pro funkci jak denního
svícení, tak pozièních svìtel - (propojení bílá/modrá -
DRL&Position light). V pøípadì, že chcete využít pouze funkce
denních svìtel, proveïte pøed montáží øídících jednotek
pøepojení - (propojení šedá / modrá - DRL Only).
4. Proveïte rozmístnìní kabeláže - konektory 2 pinové pro
LED propojte s prodlužovacím kabelem a protáhnìte do
prostoru sání a konektory 3 pinové do motorového prostoru
které zároveò propojte s kabeláží. Dále zkontrolujte dotažení
spojù držákù LED - obr.4 a jejich lícování s montážními otvory
A,B,C - obr.2 - detail, nebo obr. 5.
5. Propojte 2 pinové konektory a proveïte montáž LED svìtla.
Na bod A použijte originální šroub, který pøedem demontujte.
Držák LED se pøitom musí zasunout mezi plast pøedního
nárazníku a úchyt karoserie. Na body B, C použijte námi
dodané šrouby 5x20 TORX 25 - obr. 5.
Elektrické zapojení LED svìtel:
6. Dle obr.6. propojte modrý kabel elektroinstalace LED s
èernošedým kabelem hlavního konektoru pøedních svìtel - pin
è.5 - (58). Propojení proveïte pomocí spojovacího èlenu
elektroinstalace - detail
(a.) a lisovacích kleští (b.) Pøed
spojením nasaïte samosmrš ovací izolaci (c.), kterou po
slisování spoje pøes tento pøevlíknete a pomocí horkovzdušné
pistole (d.) zahøejete. Vytvoøíte tak vodì odolný a izolovaný
spoj. Místo spojovacích èlenù elektroinstalace je možné a
vhodné použít klasické pájení.
7. Na snímaèi zpìtného stupnì - (pøevodovka ze pøedu pod
startérem) pøerušte v dostateèné vzdálenosti èerný vodiè s
bílým pruhem (+15) - proud po sepnutí klíèku zapalování.
Proveïte dle obr.7 propojení obdobným zpùsobem s èerveným
kabelem LED elektroinstalace. Na vhodném a pøístupném
místì tento kabel pøerušte, a instalujte stejným zpùsobem
dodané pojistkové pouzdro s pojistkou 5A.
8. Na obr. 8 je vyznaèen kostøící bod (-31), který propojte s
èerným kabelem LED elektroinstalace pomocí kabelového
oèka.
9. Zapojte baterii. Proveïte kontrolu funkènosti svìtel denního
svícení/pozièních svìtel. Poté proveïte zajištìní
elektroinstalace pomocí dodaných plastových spon. Kabeláž
se nesmí volnì pohybovat a vadit pohyblivým èástem, aby
nedošlo k prodøení vodièù.
10. Dle obr. 9 a.,b. a 10a.,b instalujte krycí plasty sání pøedního
nárazníku.
Pøi nedodržení tìchto pokynù nezodpovídáme za pøípadné

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
4. Position the cable tree. Connect the 2-pin plugs of the LED
lamps with the extension cables and lead them to the air inlets.
Connect the 3-pin plugs in the engine compartment to the cable
tree. Check whether the fastening holes of the holder match
(see fig. 5 A, B, C). If the fastening holes match, tighten the
screws on the holder (see fig. 4).
5. Now make the electric connection of both LED day driving
lamps. Release the original screw A and push the LED lamp
holder between plastic lug and bumper and tighten it slightly.

Fasten points B and C with the supplied screws 5x20 Tx25 (see
fig. 5).

6. Pull off the plug of the left main headlamp (facing forwards).
Cut the grey/black cable pos. 5 (58) in sufficient distance to the
plug. Strip the insulation of the cable ends, pull over the shrink
tube and cable the end of the original cable together with the
marked blue (58) position light cable of the cable tree. Insert the
free end of the original cable and the connected cable ends into
a cable connector und squeeze it with electrical pliers. Push the
shrink tube over the connection and heat it with a hot air
hairdrier (Fig. 6.a. – d.).
7. Now connect the red cable of the LED cable tree to the
black/white cable (+15 ignition) of the transmitter of the reverse
gear (on the transmission below the starter), as described in fig.
6. It is absolutely necessary to install the supplied 5A fuse in an
easily accessible place into the cable set marked by 'C' (red /
+15 ignition) (see fig. 7).
8. Connect the ground cable (black/-31 ground) of the LED
cable tree according to fig. 8.
9. Reconnect the battery, check the function of the LED day
driving lights /position lights and attach the cable tree to a
suitable place using the supplied cable clips.
10. Install the cover frames according to fig. 9 a./b. and fig. 10
a./b.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE
(feu de jour + feu de position), assemblez les câbles blanc/bleu-
DRL&Position light. Si vous souhaitez utiliser seulement la
fonction feu de jour, assemblez les câbles bleu/gris-DRL Only.
4. Positionner le faisceau de câbles. Connecter les fiches a 2
pôles des phares LED au câble de rallonge et les conduire vers
les entrées d'air. Connecter les fiches a 3 pôles dans le
compartiment moteur au faisceau de câble. Vérifier la position
des ouvertures de fixation du support (voir fig. 5 A, B, C).
Lorsque leur position est correcte, reserrer les vis du support
(voir fig. 4).
5. Procéder alors a la connexion électrique des deux feux de
jour. Desserrer la vis d'origine A et glisser le support des phares
LED entre la languette en matiere plastique et le pare-chocs et
les serrer avec précaution. Fixer les points B et C avec les vis
fournies 5x20 Tx25 (voir fig. 5).

6. Déconnecter la fiche du phare principal gauche (dans le sens
de la conduite). Couper le câble gris-noir pos. 5 (58) a une
distance suffisante de la fiche. Isoler les extrémités de câble,
glisser la gaine rétrécissable et tordre le bout du câble d'origine
avec le câble du faisceau bleu (58) feu de position. Glisser
l'extrémité libre du câble d'origine et les extrémités de câble
tordues dans un raccord de câbles et les sertir a l'aide d'une
pince électrique. Glisser la gaine rétrécissable sur l'ensemble
et chauffer a l'aide d'un appareil a air chaud (voir fig. 6.a.- d.).
7. Connecter le câble rouge du faisceau de câbles LED au
câble du transmetteur de la marche arriere (sur la boîte de
vitesses, au-dessous du démarreur) noir/blanc (+15 allumage)
en procédant selon la maniere montrée dans la fig. 6. Le fusible
5 A fourni doit absolument etre monté bien accessible sur le
câble marqué « C » (rouge / + 15 allumage) (voir fig. 7).
8. Connecter le câble de masse (noir/-31 masse) du faisceau
de câbles LED selon la fig. 8.
9. Reconnecter la batterie, vérifier le fonctionnement des feux
de jour LED / feux de position et fixer le faisceau de câble a un
endroit approprié a l'aide des colliers de câble fournis.
10. Remonter les cadres de recouvrement selon les fig. 9 a./b.
et 10 a./b.
