Shrimp risotto
Ingredients for 3-4 people:

3 teaspoons of oil
●
1 onion
●
2 cloves of garlic
●
400 g rice for risotto
●
800 ml vegetable broth
●
200 ml white wine
●
3 portions of prawns
●
A little parsley and rosemary, chopped
●
Salt and pepper
Add olive oil to the pressure cooker and
steam the finely chopped onions and the
pressed garlic until transparent. Mix in
the rice, add a little salt and the vegetable
broth as well as the white wine. Close the
pot; the cooking time is 10 minutes at level
II. Open the pot (fast method), add the
prawns and the chopped herbs. Allow the
risotto to cook while stirring continually.
Add a little salt and pepper to taste.

Lentil soup
Ingredients for 4 people:

2 teaspoons of oil
●
1 onion
●
1 leek
●
3 carrots
●
¼ celery stalks
●
250 g lentils
●
5 potatoes
●
Salt, pepper, thyme
●
1 l vegetable broth
●
1 tablespoon of vinegar
Peel and dice the onion, clean the vegeta-
bles and cut into pieces. Peel the potatoes
and cut into larger pieces. Add oil to the
pressure cooker and lightly fry the onions.
Add potatoes, vegetables and the lentils
and pour in the vegetable broth. Add spic-
es and herbs to taste. Close the pot. The
cooking time is approximately 10 minutes
at level II. Open the pot and subsequently
add the vinegar to the lentils.
