SAFETY REQUIREMENT
• This booklet is an integral part of the appliance and
must be carefully read before use, since it provides
important information on the installation, safety, use and
maintenance of the appliance. Keep in a safe place.
• Make sure the appliance is in good condition when you unpack it.
In case of doubt do not use it and contact a TERMOZETA
authorized Service Centre.
• Do not leave parts of packaging (plastic bags, foam polystyrene,
nails, etc.) within reach of children or incapable persons as they
are potential sources of danger.
• The electrical safety of this appliance is only assured if it has been
connected correctly to an efficient earthed system as provided by
electricity safety norms presently in force. Termozeta shall not be
held liable for eventual damages deriving from failure to connect
the electrical installation to an earthed system.
• Make sure the data on the appliance rating plate corresponds to
that of the main power supply and of your electrical system before
plugging into the outlet. In case of doubt, contact professionally
qualified personnel.
• It is not advisable to use adapters, multiple plugs and extensions.
Use devices certified and conforming to existing safety standards
only should it be absolutely necessary, making sure they are
compatible with your electrical system and with the appliance
technical data.
• Any installations not conforming to instructions may endanger
your safety and forfeit the guarantee.
• The appliance is exclusively designed for domestic use for ironing
fabrics.
• For safety's sake be careful:
- not to use the appliance with bare feet or wet hands or feet
- not to use the appliance away from home
- not to leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (sun,
rain ...)
- not to let children or incapable persons use the appliance
- never to tug on the lead or the appliance itself to unplug from the
outlet
- not to leave the appliance plugged into the main power supply
unattended
- never to submerge the appliance in water or in other liquids.
• The user must not replace the power cable. Contact a
TERMOZETA authorized Service Centre or professionally qualified
person in case of need.
• Switch off and do not mishandle the appliance if it should break
down and/or work badly. Contact a TERMOZETA authorized
Service Centre for eventual repairs asking for original spare parts.
• Put the appliance out of service at the end of its service life by
cutting off the power cable after unplugging from the outlet. Abide
by local existing rules and regulations for its disposal.
• Termozeta may not be held liable for eventual damages to persons,
animals or objects caused by incorrect installation or deriving from
improper, erroneous or unreasonable use.

LLENADO DEL DEPÓSITO
• Lleve siempre a cabo esta operación con la clavija desconectada de la toma de
corriente.
• Asegúrese de que el mando de regulación de vapor (4) esté en la posición de
planchado en seco (consultar tabla A).
• Abra la tapa (2) y llene el depósito a través del correspondiente orificio, sin superar
el nivel MAX (11) indicado en el propio depósito. No introduzca nunca sustancias
perfumadas en el depósito.
• Cierre de nuevo la tapa (2).
Consejos:
Si el agua de su zona es especialmente dura, se recomienda utilizar agua destilada.
PUESTA EN MARCHA
• Compruebe que el mando de regulación del vapor (4) esté en la posición de
planchado en seco (consultar tabla A).
• Desenrolle completamente el cable de alimentación (7), coloque la plancha en
posición vertical y conecte la clavija a la toma de corriente.
• Con el mando de regulación de la temperatura (9), seleccione la temperatura idónea
para el tipo de tejido que vaya a planchar (consultar tabla B).
• La luz piloto del termostato (8) se enciende, y se apagará cuando la placa haya
alcanzado la temperatura seleccionada. En este momento la plancha está lista para
su uso.
Importante:
• Antes y durante el uso, asegurarse de que la superficie de trabajo sea estable
y resistente al calor.
• No dejar nunca sin vigilancia la plancha conectada a la rete de distribución
eléctrica.
• No utilizar la plancha si ha caído accidentalmente o si tiene daños visibles o
pérdidas de agua.
