The table below shows the ideal temperature for different types of wine:
Types of wine

Rosé wine
•
The influence of light, vibration, temperature variations and humidity can have a
negative impact on the quality of wines. If wines are stored properly, their quality is
not only preserved, but is improved as the aging process continues.
•
When stored at temperatures above 22 ° C wine ages rapidly, the flavor may
deteriorate and the aroma suffer.
•
At too low temperature storage it may lead to the development of harmful deposits in
the wine.
•
Air humidity from 60% to 70% is ideal for storing wine.
•
After opening a bottle of wine it comes into contact with air. An open bottle of wine
should be stored upright to minimize the wine's surface contact with air.
•
An open bottle of white wine is suitable for drinking for 2 days, and red for 3 days, if
the bottle was tightly sealed and is properly stored.
Hints and tips
•
The more bottles in the refrigerator, the longer the door is open, the greater energy
consumption. Do not overload the device and prolong the time of opening the door.
•
In order to minimize temperature losses in the device, the door should remain open
as short as possible. Additionally, do not open the door too often.
•
In the case of an electrical power outage, do not open the door to avoid the loss of
cooled air.
•
After a power outage or disconnection, the refrigerator should not be connected to
the power supply for at least 5 minutes.
