The crown has two positions:

Starting the watch (after it has
stopped)
Crown in position 1. This position
enables the selfwinding movement to
be wound by hand. Before any other
operation, carry out a rewinding of
30 to 35 turns of the crown upwards
( ). Thereafter, the watch worn on
the wrist winds itself and reaches its
full endurance automatically. If it is
not worn after being fully wound it
will stop after about 45 hours. The
hand of the power-reserve sector B
enables the potential endurance of the
watch to be checked at any time: when

the hand shows 45, it means that the
watch is fully wound and that its
endurance, when not being worn, is
about 45 hours of running.
Setting the time
Pull the crown out to position 2. Turn
the crown upwards ( ) to move the
hands forwards to the date change at
midnight. Then set your watch to the
desired time by turning the hands
(Please note: if you set your watch
during the afternoon, you must first
